Prices

We charge £28 for a call out, this includes the first 30 minutes of our time on diagnosis and fix work. If you bring your PC to us, then its just £21 for the first 30 minutes.   After the first 30 minutes its £21 for each period of 30 minutes work ongoing, whether its on site or off site.

If within 30 minutes of being on site with you (and the problem isn’t fully resolved) we will then provide you with a fixed charge (a maximum cost for the job) for resolving the issue.  Its then up to you whether or not you wish to proceed with the work (many software related problems can be resolved on site in 45 to 75 minutes). 

To make it easier for you, we do a pick up or return service for any customer within 10 miles of Longwell Green (i.e. within Bristol and Bath) for just £7.

For one-2-one training in your own home we charge a reduced fee of  £17 per 30 minutes (with a minimum of 1 hour for each session).

We have fixed fees for all hardware repairs and a price band for software repairs and installations for Desktop, Laptops and Telephone sockets;

Laptop dc power socket/jack replacement £73.50 plus parts (usually £5-8)

Laptop or Desktop Memory upgrade and full test of memory £21 plus parts from £12

Laptop screen replacement £63 plus parts from £69 (either a brand new screen or 2nd user according to your budget)

Laptop screen hinge repair / replacement £63 plus parts (usually £20-45)

Laptop backlight inverter or CCFL (lamp) replacement £63 - £84 plus parts (usually £12-32)

Desktop power supply replacement £42 plus parts (usually £34 - £62)

Data recovery on your hard drive, USB drive or memory stick £42 (up to 1GB), £82 (up to 10GB), £126 (up to 40GB)

Health Check and correction of software & hardware configuration problems, including a Malware (virus, Trojan etc) check for £42 (and Malware removal for additional £21) plus any hardware parts

XP / Vista installation including customer supplier drivers £42 (plus software if not supplied)

Full Desktop or Laptop installation in your own home £70 include connecting up to your Broadband, your Home-wireless network, set-up your e-mail and your Printer

Secure Wireless upgrade in your home to your existing broadband installation £49 plus parts

Telephone socket installation, £91 including socket and cable (up to 10 metres cable run)
